Casablanca – The Constitutional Union (UC) has condemned the miserable maneuvers of certain circles hostile to Morocco within the European Parliament (EP).
In a press release made public after a meeting of its political bureau, held on Saturday in Casablanca, the UC underlined that these circles wetted the European Parliament in a resolution carrying serious allegations attacking the independence of the justice and casting doubt on its credibility.
The party expressed its categorical rejection of this resolution, which makes unfounded allegations and distorts facts and truths that have been the subject of trials in accordance with the law and in full respect of the conditions of a fair trial as recognized at the international level.
The political office rejected, during this meeting held under the chairmanship of the secretary general of the party Mohamed Joudar, the uncivilized behavior of Algerian officials and leaders on the occasion of the opening of an African sports event (CHAN) in violation flagrant rules of good neighbourliness.
He expressed his deep regret for the approach of the Algerian neighbor who used this sporting event to orchestrate his hostile maneuvers with regard to Morocco and its territorial integrity.
On the organizational side, the members of the political office agreed to structure the parallel organizations of the party, in particular those of youth and women.
The office also agreed to initiate the new structuring of the party at the regional, provincial and local levels, noting that the launch of this new structuring will be given on the occasion of the regional congress of the party in the Tangier-Tetouan region. -Al Hoceima, scheduled for Saturday January 28, 2023 in Tangier.
