During the development of the new backpack, Yandex clearly focused on modern employees of their offices who are familiar with technology and lead an active lifestyle. It turned out well for everyone.
The total volume of the second version of the backpack is 45 liters. It is comfortable, functional and quite roomy. It has a waterproof bottom, the outer material is 100% polyester, and all the fittings are metal.
The backpack is unisex, but due to its rather large size, it is better suited to the stronger half of humanity. However, no one can stop girls from wearing it.
The laptop compartment is located right near the back. It has side access so that the computer can be easily and quickly reached in a cafe, office, subway, train and more.
This pocket will be comfortable for both the tiny 13-inch MacBook Air and the large 16-inch MacBook Pro. Of course, most other laptops will also fit here without any problems.
Questions may only arise with really large gaming models, but the backpack was definitely not created for them.
On the sides there are two compartments for thermal mugs, thermoses, and water bottles. They may also contain external batteries, action cameras and other things that may need quick access.
On the outside of the backpack there is a small compartment with a carabiner for keys. It can easily accommodate AirPods and other completely wireless headphones.
There is a strap on the surface adjacent to the back for attaching the backpack to the handle of a suitcase at the airport. By the way, the straps are wide enough and soft for comfortable wearing.
A special compartment for shoes is attached to the bottom of the backpack. It is most in demand for sneakers in the gym, and also as a multifunctional “pocket” for travel.
The bottomless main compartment is closed with a reliable carabiner, which is a continuation of the strap with the Yandex logo. The branded inscription is one of the accent elements of the backpack.
We already have a blue Backpack 2.0 from Yandex in our office, so we’ll have to get a black one to avoid confusion. Although… I haven’t decided 100% yet. Which one do you like better?
