The United States condemns the Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken condemned “Houthi terrorist attacks” on Saudi Arabia, including Friday’s attack on Aramco in Jeddah, a civilian infrastructure.
“While all parties must focus on de-escalation and providing life-saving humanitarian aid to the Yemeni people ahead of the holy month of Ramadan, the Houthis continue their destructive behavior and reckless terrorist attacks to strike civilian infrastructure,” Blinken said.
“We will continue to work with our Saudi partners to bolster their defenses while seeking a lasting end to the conflict, improving lives, and creating space for Yemenis to collectively determine their future,” Blinken added.
