The unprecedented final between Mixco and Municipal already has dates
According to the official account of the national championship, the round trip between Municipal and Mixco will be played on May 11/12 and May 18/19.

Once Mixco’s victory over Antigua was completed, through the penalty shootout lottery, and this Sunday, Municipal’s victory over Comunicaciones. The official account of the Guatemalan championship shared a publication with the possible days on which the first leg and return final will be played.
“Unpublished ending,” they wrote accompanying the publication with emojis of a pig and a devil. “Mixco and Municipal will fight for the title of the 2024 Clausura Tournament,” they stated.
According to the image with the shields of both teams, the first leg might be played either on May 11 or 12, that is, next weekend.
Then, the return leg is scheduled for May 18 or 19, although they have not yet specified times, the unprecedented final between the two teams is ready to be played.
