“The victim has a concussion”

This Wednesday afternoon, January 25, an eight-year-old girl was hit by a man on Vinçotteplein in Borgerhout, Flanders. According to information from HLN, the attacker was arrested by the police.

The child was playing in the square when the 21-year-old stranger attacked her. “The victim has a concussion and bruises on his face as a result. His glasses were damaged in the attack,” said Antwerp police spokesman Wouter Bruyns. “The man was not in his normal state at the time of the events. The girl was taken to hospital,” the spokesperson added.
