Although the sports results will be the ones that guarantee or not the work of coach Paulo Autuori At Nacional, the Brazilian coach came with the idea of creating a positive atmosphere at the club and has made several gestures in that direction.
The first was when he mentioned that in football there are only two protagonists: fans and players. This taking into account that the fans criticized the latest leadership decisions, especially the way Gio Moreno came out, and the change in the technical direction of Hernán Darío Herrera.
Later, and after a good number of journalists who criticized his arrival at Nacional and who asked that Pedro Sarmiento be confirmed as the main technician, Autuori decided to invite the communicators to an informal chatwithout microphones or cameras to talk to them about the project he wants to carry out.
Likewise, the coach has been seen very close to references such as Francisco “Pacho” Maturana and at the same “Muleteer”with whom he has been surrounded in the first practices at the head of the club, nurturing himself from their concepts.
He also decided to integrate more the group of players with the leaders, as the own Rene Higuitawho shared an image on his instagram of a dinner in which managers, coaching staff and soccer players appear sharing in a restaurant.
Autuori understands that to make a project like the one he achieved in Paranaense and similar to what Independiente del Valle does in Ecuador, it requires everyone’s contribution.
He even reiterated that this would not be possible if it is not given value to all the staff of the institution, from the lowest level position to the most important. “I have not won anything, I have participated in victorious campaigns together with the rest of the people who are part of a club”, those words, as well as those of “facts and not opinions” are repetitive in his speech.

Players like Andrés “El Rifle” Andrade, who doubt his continuity, they have valued the arrival of the coach. “This is a start for everyone, because we have a new coach, it’s a new game idea and we want to please his eye so that he takes us into account,” he said.
He added that everyone is going to play their role, “we must have internal competition to be able to grow the team and achieve the objectives together and not individually”.

Barrera said that, in the early days, Autuori has given them a lot of importance to attacking players. “He has talked to everyone and told us that we are going to have the opportunity to act, to show our abilities and take advantage of them because there is a lot of quality in this team in attack”.
Autuori also referred to the moment of the team and said that the most important thing is to classifybut reiterated that not in any way: “I want the team to have a quality game and a competitive level.”
About his first days with the group he said that the team has worked well. “When there is a change of coach, the motivation goes up, the way they are working is not surprising, but because of my sensitivity I think we have the quality to do several things and I want to congratulate them on how they are plugged in, hopefully it will be transferred to the matches ”
