the week’s outings.

Here are the releases for Friday, October 30, 2020.

Traditionally, Halloween weekend has been a busy time for going out in the United States. Despite the particularity of this year 2020, we do not change a winning formula and the big albums of Trippie Redd or Busta Rhymes are there to prove it. In France, we do not know if some had information on containment but it is clear that with many very rich reissues, there is enough to cross this period in music.

TRIPPIE REDD – “PEGASUS”

New album for Trippie Redd! The previous “A Love Letter To You 4” was Billboard Number 1 and “Pegasus” is eagerly awaited. The project has 26 tracks and features feats with Young Thug, Quavo, Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Swae Lee, Busta Rhymes and PARTYNEXTDOOR, among others.

BUSTA RHYMES – “EXTINCTION LEVEL EVENT 2 : THE WRATH of GOD”

First studio album for Busta Rhymes since 2012. So the rapper made it big. Comedian Chris Rock is the narrator of the project and he has invited top performers like Rapsody, Mary J. Blige, Anderson .Paak, Bell Biv DeVoe and others. Above all, it contains Kendrick Lamar’s first verse for over a year!

KING VON – “WELCOME TO O’BLOCK”

Unlike many of his comrades, King Von is very, very hot in 2020 since he has already released “LeVon James” in March. He does it again with a new opus on which he invited Lil Durk, Moneybagg Yo, Polo G and Dreezy.

LIL KEED – “TRAPPED ON CLEVELAND 3 DELUXE”

Released in August, “Trapped On Cleveland 3” is massively increased for this Deluxe edition. Lil Keed has indeed added no less than 18 new titles! Young Thug’s protégé is doing really hard!

COMMON – “A BEAUTY REVOLUTION (PT. 1)

Common hopes that his project “will uplift, heal and inspire listeners confronted with racial and other social injustices”. The opus was created with the help of fellow members August Greene, Robert Glasper and Karriem Riggins.

MADEINTYO – “NEVER FORGOTTEN”

Two after his debut album, “Sincerely, Tokyo”, the Atlanta rapper returns with a new opus on which we also find Chance The Rapper, Cam’ron, Ty Dolla $ ign, Wiz Khalifa, Smino, J Balvin

$NOT – “BEAUTIFUL HAVOC”

This is already the second project of 2020 for the Florida rapper after his mixtape “Tragedy”. For this time, he surrounds himself with Denzel Curry, Flo Milli and iann dior.

WIZKID – “MADE IN LAGOS”

Fatally, given the recent events in Nigeria and the scale of the #endSARS movement, Wizkid is dedicating his record to his country. On this 14 track album, we find Burna Boy, Damian Marley, HER, Ella Mai, Terri and Skepta.

GREEN MONTANA – “ALASKA”

The Belgian rapper from 92I delivers his first album and lets perceive a good part of his universe since he has only one featuring, Booba. The rest of the time, he is solo and has a series of performances.

DADJU – “POISON OR ANTIDOTE: HONEY BOOK”

Dadju added 11 new tracks to his album “Poison ou antidote”. There are notably feats with Jaekers, Fally Ipupa, Tiakola and Ocevne.

JAROD – “BEFORE THE WAR”

Jarod sends a UFO largely inspired by the “Peaky Blinders” series. The project contains 13 tracks and featurings with Dehmo and ALP.

NINHO – “M.I.L.S. 3 REEDITION”

Still very active, Ninho added six new titles to his event project “MILS 3”. This is the first time that the NI has opted for this type of format. It is certainly a question of making the public wait for something more substantial.

COMPILATION – “STREET ART”

The compilation “Street Art” brings together unpublished works by Kaaris, Kalash Criminel, Sofiane, Da Uzi, Ninho, Sadek, Heuss l’Enfoiré and many others and testifies to the vitality of the French scene by sending either big sounds for break necks or titles to ambience.

4 KEUS – “LIFE OF ARTIST REEDITION”

The group adds ten new tracks to the fifteen that their debut album already contained. There are notably feats with Landy, Dadju, Hornett La Frappe and Alonzo.
