THE world of acting is in mourning. Actor Donny Kesuma has reportedly died. The sad news started with an upload by actor Ferry Maryadi. He said Donny died on Tuesday, March 19 2024.
“Help with sincerity in prayer, hopefully khusnul khotimah, Kang Donny is a good person,” wrote Ferry on Instagram.
The news of Donny’s death was also confirmed by Yuni Indriyati, who is his ex-wife. Yuni said Donny died at around 19.19 WIB. “Yes, just now at 19.19 WIB. I apologize and ask for prayers,” said Yuni.
Before being declared dead, Donny had been undergoing treatment for heart disease since Saturday, March 16 2024. Donny Kesuma’s son, Ghassaan Indira Kesuma, had said that his father’s condition was stable. However, until yesterday Donny was not conscious.
“His current condition is not yet conscious. So it’s just the effect of the anesthetic. The doctor actually gave me an anesthetic so that Dad could rest. That’s actually how he was forced to rest,” explained Ghassaan Indira Kesuma.

The man whose full name is Donny Kesuma Hudayat is known to have been born on June 6 1968. Before being involved in the world of entertainment, he started his career in the world of sports as an Indonesian softball athlete.
