The latest data, from November 2022, indicated 51,235 new companies in that month, adding up to 673,296 openings in Brazil. “To be part of these statistics and become a successful entrepreneur, the important tip is to consider all stages of the incorporation process, especially the initial phase of opening the company”, Lincoln Oliveira, commercial manager at Escrilex Contabilidade.
Feasibility Consultation
Looking for an accounting firm is the first step for anyone who wants to open a company. The accountant will start the process with a feasibility consultation to find out if the activities will be released to the desired address. “In this consultation we will also find out if it will be necessary to have some type of license, remembering that this depends on the activity to be developed and the type of installation of the company”, explains Lincoln Oliveira. In addition, in the same query, a search for the business name will be carried out to find out if there is no other company with the intended name, operating in the same State.
According to Lincoln Oliveira, the start of opening a company can be carried out at the Board of Trade or at the Notary, depending on its legal nature, as well as the list of necessary documentation may vary from one state to another. “That’s why it’s interesting to start this process together with an experienced accountant who will know how to guide you step by step to start your business already working”, he considers.
