There was no laughter or fun on the sets of Roshak like in other movie sets – Kottayam Naseer

There wasn’t much laughter and fun on Roshak’s sets like on other film sets: Kottayam Naseer

Directed by Nizam Basheer, Mammootty’s Roshaq will hit the theaters on October 7.

The promotional events of the film, which stars Sharafuddin, Bindu Panicker, Jagadish, Grace Antony, Kottayam Naseer and Sanju Sivaram in the lead roles, are underway.

Kottayam Nazir says that he did not have much laughter and fun on the sets of Roshak like on the sets of other films and there was tension of acting with Mammooka. He was speaking at a press meet regarding the release of Roshak.

“These are some characters that are very rare. Just got it. When this character in Roshack was told what it was, an effort was made to make it happen.

So the truth is that the mind was not ripe for a lot of laughter and play as there is in every set.

The audio was a live recording. There were also combination scenes with Mammooka.

It is not like learning and saying ten or twenty pages of dialogue from the stage, but when the sequence of the film comes, there is a thought inside that this should not go wrong.

“We should not be mean and waste their time, especially when we are performing in front of a big star like Mammooka,” said Kottayam Nazir.

Meanwhile, during Naseer’s reaction, Mammootty also interrupts and talks. “Where is Nazir going to say this? Nothing like this has happened on the sets,” Mammootty commented.

“No, what Nazir said was Nazir’s conflict. Naseer used to say, Oh, don’t make any mistake in the dialogue. But he was relaxed on the sets,” said Jagadish.

Roshak, written by Sameer Abdul, is produced by Mammootty’s company. The film is said to be a psychological mystery thriller.

All the released posters of the film have received a lot of attention.
