Now, they are stopping meters from the Black Bridge and protecting themselves from the inclement weather with a tent.
According to the newspaper Puntal, in that sector of the city there are also other families that were hit by the rains.
Verónica Escalera, one of the victims, said that they came from Chaco for work. Hugo, the father of her daughter, has an informal job in the alternative capital “but it is not enough.”
