CICPC clarify the murder of the young José Miguel Quiroz “Chemy”, whose body was found on December 31 in the “El Cardenalito” sector of Circunvalación Norte Avenue in Barquisimeto.
In favor of strengthening the Peace Quadrants, the Cicpc will continue to serve each space, each technological platform, each technical-scientific investigation, a commission from the Coordination of Investigations of Crimes Against Persons Lara, clarified the murder of José Miguel Quiroz Moreno (30 ), occurred on Circunvalación Norte avenue, Santa Rosa parish, Iribarren municipality, Barquisimeto, Lara state, in the morning hours of December 31, 2022.

Continuing the investigations, it was discovered that the victim was in a sentimental relationship with the ex-partner of one of the perpetrators and the latter, with the intention of revenge, made the decision to take José Miguel’s life; for which he requested help from the rest of the perpetrators to execute such a heinous crime. The arrest of the homicides took place in the Veragacha sector, Santa Rosa parish, Iribarren municipality, Lara state, recovering the victim’s vehicle, the vehicle used as a means of commission and seizing a revolver-type firearm.
Through field investigations, analysis of telephone traces, technological investigations and criminal investigations, it was learned that at the time the victim was traveling aboard his Bera, license plate AT4H64A, he was intercepted by Felipe Gregorio García Rivero (50), Julio Cesar Guasimucaro Ortiz (33) and José Gregorio Loyo Álvarez (23), who, carrying a firearm, subdue him and, under threat of death, mount him against his will, in a Mazda 6 vehicle, license plate AJ419NM owned by one of the perpetrators , moving him to the aforementioned address, where they lower him and fire several shots at him, killing him instantly.
