In another operation, seven trucks, two vehicles, weapons and ammunition belonging to the criminal gang “El Tren de Guayana” were seized.

Continuing with the deployment of Operation Roraima 2022, soldiers from the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Fanb) found a new grave with human bones in a camp used for illegal mining in the South of Bolívar.

This would be the third mass grave found in mining areas, according to information published in the balances of G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, Operational Strategic Commander.

Hernández Lárez, announced the arrest of seven subjects without identity documents, who “were devastating and undermining the environment using non-traditional methods in an area prohibited for mining exploitation.”

It was learned that during patrol work, the military also discovered and destroyed alert booths belonging to the criminal group “Las 3R”.

The head of the Strategic Operational Command of the Fanb (Ceofanb), explained that in another deployment, seven trucks, two vehicles, weapons and ammunition that belonged to the criminal gang “El Tren de Guayana” were seized, who operate in various mines in Bolívar.
