The Ministry of Government dismissed a public employee for absences. SThis is an agent who fulfilled administrative functions in the Civil Registry who was initiated a summary for unjustified absences.
According to decree 377, published this Wednesday in the Official Gazette, an investigation was opened to the state agent in 2015. Then the investigation was deepened with the opening of another administrative file.
“That in order 24, Resolution No. 97/2022 is added, which clarifies in its Article 1 that Resolution 98/2020 has as its object of investigation the information reported by the Civil Status and Capacity of Persons Registry regarding the absences of the corresponding agent… to the months of December 2019, January, February, March, April, May and June 2020”, indicates the decree.
During the process, the employee made a discharge through an email.
In summary, the prosecuting instructor ruled that it was shown that the agent had 90 days of unjustified absences, reason for which her departure from the State was determined.
