The 17-year-old boy was beaten after drinking a soft drink that belonged to one of the attackers.
Officials from the Investigative, Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc) arrested four people on Veroes avenue, Yaracuy state, for beating and injuring a young man with autism.
The victim was helped by an acquaintance, who immediately informed the authorities about the attack.
The 17-year-old boy was beaten after drinking from a soft drink that belonged to one of the attackers, for which three other individuals joined the fight, according to Douglas Rico, director of the Cicpc.
Rico also specified that the young man is already in stable health.
The detainees were placed at the order of the Eighth Prosecutor of the Public Ministry.
