They investigate a surgeon for assaulting medical students in the operating room

Caracas.- This Friday, the Public Prosecutor of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported on his Twitter account the appointment of Prosecutor 60 of the Metropolitan Area to investigate Edwin Rodríguez, a surgeon at the University Hospital of Caracas, for allegedly assaulting a group of students.

The fact was known through a video that circulated since last Thursday on social networks, where it is observed how Rodríguez addresses his students in profanity and aggressive vocabulary, while they practice a surgical procedure.

For the fact to the also professor, the crimes of insult, typified in article 444 of the Penal Code, are imputed to him.
