The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported that the Carabobo Prosecutor’s Office 20 requested an arrest warrant against a subject nicknamed “El Peluso”, for sexually abusing a girl with cognitive difficulties.

Saab announced that the man will be charged by the Public Ministry for the crime of continued sexual act with a particularly vulnerable victim, and will also request the imposition of a preventive custodial measure with the maximum sentence established in Venezuelan law.
