At 22 years old, Nathan already has a great track record. He is detained and will be fully sentenced in 2028 only. He must respond in this case of violent robbery with the circumstance that a weapon, in this case a dog, was used. Threats too.

”I was in a bad period. I went to get a drink and the two girls accompanied me. We passed the other young woman and there was an argument between the girls. I always kept my dog ​​on a leash.” He denies theft and threats.

Sofia admits to having arranged to meet the victim by message. She explains that when Adèle crossed paths with Britney, a fight broke out.

Adèle clearly mentions an ambush and says that Britney threatened her. “We made an appointment with her on the pretext that she had to give me €10 back.” Adèle admits to having taken the bag and the cell phone but says that she just wanted to fight with Britney and not steal something from her in the first place. The civil party specifies that Britney and Adèle were in reality exes of Nathan and that the altercation would therefore have broken out out of jealousy. The goal was clearly to set a trap for my client.”

Sofia would have filmed everything and died laughing, according to the civil party, who would like the violent theft to also be declared established.

This is precisely a central question in the case: was it a question of hitting the victim or also of robbing her?

For the public prosecutor, who considers Adèle as “the main executioner” in this case, the intention was also to steal. “It was a trap. The defendants showed cowardice.” Against the two defendants, the public prosecutor requested 18 months and requested 2 years against Nathan, who according to him has already benefited from the leniency of the court without seizing the outstretched poles.

In Sofia’s defense, she did not participate in the theft. “We demand acquittal or suspension.”

Adèle defended herself alone. “I am sorry. I have changed since the incident. I am asking for a work sentence.”

The task of Nathan’s lawyer was more difficult. A witness heard his client say to his dog “attack”, but the defendant denies it. “The two girls say that my client had his dog on a leash and that he did not participate in the attack in any way. Yes, his dog barked, nothing more. We ask for his acquittal with the benefit of the doubt, also for the threats.”

Nathan was also involved in two other cases of fights and there, his lawyer requested a simple reprieve.
