In addition to the teenager killed on Sunday night in the Molino Blanco neighborhood, the death of a 31-year-old woman, who had been shot near Camilo Aldao and Gaboto, was confirmed in the early hours of this Monday, August 15.
This last crime transpired around 5:40 today when the victim was taken in a Volkswagen Fox private car to the Clemente Alvarez Emergency Hospital with gunshot wounds. She was identified as Joana Belén Ortolán.
However, hours later, sources from the Public Ministry of the Accusation gave a different version of what happened. They indicated that after 5:30 today, calls were made to the 911 central by neighbors who reported having heard detonations of firearms.
Within minutes, police personnel were present at the spot where the victim was seen lying on the public highway. According to that official part, the woman had gunshot wounds, then medical personnel arrived at the scene and transferred her to the HECA where she finally died.
