Just last year, the Ukrainian artist Andrey Danilko, who embodies the image of Verka Serdyuchka on stage, was earning a lot of money in Russia. As producer Sergey Lavrov says, in just one evening in the capital, the outrageous artist made millions. Everything changed after the February events. Danilko made a number of sharp anti-Russian statements that blocked his way to our country. Lavrov believes that Andrei Mikhailovich actually self-destructed by his actions, putting an end to his career.
“Andrey has no work either in Moscow or in other Russian regions and never will. He’s crossed too many red lines lately. What he is doing now at his concerts is beyond good and evil, ”Lavrov throws up his hands.
According to the promoter, in Russia caught in inappropriate behavior Andrei Danilko was in demand, like Michael Jackson. Not a single serious corporate party could do without Verka Serduchka, for the appearance of which they were ready to pay a lot of money. Lavrov recalls that the Ukrainian artist was literally torn to pieces, agreeing even with his absolutely insane demands like security.
The producer added that in life Andrei Danilko is a very modest and decent person, who, however, has now lost all his shores.
“Only I made Danilko about 200-300 concerts. It was I who organized his first tour in Russia. We called him every day, but lately everything has been interrupted. We have different views on life, including political ones. And I am very sorry that he ruined his career, ”Sergey Lavrov hardly restrains his emotions.
