The beginning of Houria Farghali’s acquaintance with director Khaled Youssef was through her boyfriend, the great director Youssef Chahine, and she began cooperating with Khaled Youssef in the movie “Kalmni Shukran” in 2010 with the artist Ghada Abdel Razek and the great artist Amr Abdel Galil, whose events revolve around Ibrahim Toshka, who lives under the illusion of stardom. And he dreams of acting despite his lack of talent, and when his dreams dissipate, he begins to deceive his reality by means of deception, which sometimes amounts to fraud.
During the events of the film, there is one of the scenes in which Houria Farghali takes off her clothes in front of the camera while sitting at a computer, but the artist said that she was wronged because of this scene, explaining: “Khaled Youssef wronged me very much in this film, especially since the scene of temptation that I embodied by work was not present in the script, and insisted on filming it, and I was wronged because of this scene at the technical and human level, and I decided after that not to present such scenes again, and that I would not take off my clothes in this way.”
Houria Farghali revealed that she was inexperienced, and when Khaled Youssef presented the scene to me, I found it convincing for a girl to take off her clothes to lure young people through the Internet, but as I said, I was greatly wronged because of him later, noting that her fiancé left her after watching this bold scene, and she said : “I was surprised by my fiancé returning the engagement ring and walking to the computer scene, and he still did not see the scene, and he sold me very easily without clarification,” explaining that she felt very sad about this situation because her fiancé sold it easily without discussion.
The movie “Kalmni Shukran” is one of the distinguished comedic films in the career of the artist Amr Abdel Galil, and many have used his jokes in different situations so far. The film included a large number of stars alongside Amr Abdel Jalil, such as Ghada Abdel Razek, Houria Farghaly, Shwikar, Majed Al Masry, Sabr Fawaz and others. Although the movie was a huge success when it was released in 2010.
