Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, better known as “El Mencho”, is considered one of the most dangerous drug traffickers in the world and is currently under the crosshairs of US authorities.
The current head of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), being in charge of this powerful criminal organization, has been involved in countless armed confrontations with other drug traffickers.
One of them is Margarito Flores, who was once part of the Sinaloa Cartel, a criminal group created by Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán.
Margarito was arrested in Jalisco, Mexico, and months later the US justice system requested his extradition; However, he is currently a protected witness and provides information on how cartels operate.
The former member of the Sinaloa Cartel, due to his status as a collaborator with the authorities, recently had an interview with journalist Ioan Grillo in which he spoke about “El Mencho” and what makes him “the most dangerous drug trafficker of the moment.”
At the time of his arrest, Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes was seeking to rise in the world of drug trafficking and was someone who at all times sought to show his bravery through violence.
For this peculiar reason, Margarito Flores described “El Mencho” as an “aggressive and violent” man who has a personality that is not easy to deal with even for his trusted people.
“Margarito says that he was an aggressive and hungry guy and that he did not like doing business with him. “El Mencho” would create the Jalisco New Generation Cartel with its vast paramilitary forces,” Ioan Grillo revealed about this interview.
This description completely coincides with other reports that identify the leader of the four-letter cartel as “one of the most dangerous men on the planet.”
