This is how the commissions and committees remain in CDMX Congress after licenses of deputies from Morena Unanimously, the plenary session of the local congress approved the third modification in the integration of Commissions and Committeeson the occasion of the changes in the different groups and parliamentary associations before the license requests of several deputies and local deputies.

In this sense, the local deputies of the PAN: Gabriela Salido Magos, passes from the Local Public Administration Commission to the Urban Development and Infrastructure Commission; and Ricardo Rubio Torres changes from the Urban Infrastructure and Development Commission to the Local Public Administration Commission.

While the local deputy of the PT, Blanca Elizabeth Sánchez González -who replaced Lourdes Paz Reyes–, joins the Metropolitan Development and Tourism commissions as vice president; She is a member of the Development Planning, Registry, Notarial and Land Tenure departments, as well as the Citizen Security department.

The deputy of Morena, Maribel Cruz Cruz -substitute for Xóchitl Bravo Espinosa–, vice-coordinator of the Democratic Women’s Parliamentary Association (APMD), joins the Citizen Participation Commission as president; Vice President of Rural Development, Food Supply and Distribution; Secretary of Special Attention to Victims, and as a member of Administration and Procurement of Justice, Attention to the Development of Children, Sports and Finance.

In turn, the deputy of Morena, Perla Guadalupe Robles Vázquez -substitute for Valentina Batres–, as president of the Budget and Public Account Commission, and as a member of the Local Public Administration commissions; Gender Equality; Legislation, Studies and Parliamentary Practices; Territorial Planning of Mexico City; and Transparency and Fight against Corruption.

The deputy of Morena, Jonathan Medina Lara -substitute for Carlos Hernández Mirón–, as president of the Finance Commission, vice president of Development Planning, secretary of Development and Urban Infrastructure, and as a member of Mobility, Territorial Planning, Housing and Civil Protection and Comprehensive Risk Management.

The deputy of Morena, Sandy Hernández Mercado –substitute for Yuriri Ayala Zúñiga–, will be vice president of the Health Commission; Registry, Notarial and Land Tenure Secretary; and as a member of the Administration and Law Enforcement, Political-Electoral Affairs, Budget and Public Accounts, Citizen Security and the Administration and Training Committee.

In turn, the coordinator of the PT, Circe Camacho Bastida, will assume the presidency of the Health Commission.

Implement rules on the number of interventions

On the other hand, the plenary session of the local Congress approved the agreement of the Political Coordination Board (Jucopo), on the number of interventions by each group or parliamentary association, as well as the figure of deputy without a party, for the development of face-to-face sessions.

With this, Morena will have 17 interventions; BREAD, 10; PRI, five; PRD, three; and PT, as well as the Green Alliance Together for the City, Democratic Women and Citizen associations, one for each of these. In addition, the deputy “without a party”, Andrea Evelyne Vicenteño Briseño, will have a speech every two sessions.

Likewise, the plenary session of the capital’s Congress unanimously approved the appointment of Alejandro Serrano Pastor, as head of the Legislative Research Institute, whose position had been headless since December 2020.
