This shot from Red Dead Redemption 2 made a gamer the Virtual Photographer of the Year

A fan of Red Dead Redemption 2 was named Virtual Photographer of the Year at the London Gaming Festival.

The festival started at the beginning of the month and will end today, April 10th. As part of the event, the resulting work was exhibited in Trafalgar Square, and the winner was the work of Joe Menzies, made in Red Dead Redemption 2.

While Joe’s shot took the grand prize, there were plenty of other impressive shots in the competition, from Ghostwire: Tokyo, Horizon Forbidden West, Batman: Arkham Knight, Ghost of Tsushima, and more.

Menzies submitted not only a frame from RDR 2 to the contest, but another one of his entries for Shadow of the Tomb Raider made it to the finals. Despite his impressive abilities, Joe does not maintain social networks where one could follow his work.

The Virtual Photographer of the Year competition will return in 2023.
