Bayern coach creates confusion
On Friday, Tuchel had SPORTS 1– When asked whether the severance agreement was determined by lawyers or recorded orally, laughed at the wording of whether it was an “iron law” and answered first: “It is agreed”.
Asked again if it was agreed in such a way that it could not be resolved easily, the coach replied: “You can cancel any contract together, you can see that. We had an existing contract and agreed to end it earlier. Everything is always possible. But the answer is the same: the agreement stands and the agreement exists.”
Bayern have so far received rejections from master coach Xabi Alonso (Bayer Leverkusen), national coach Julian Nagelsmann and Austrian national coach Ralf Rangnick.
