Those Responsible For The Kidnapping Are Surrendered

The Gulf Cartel handed over 5 men and they assure that they were responsible for the kidnapping of the 4 Americans and the death of 2 of them.

They were found tied up and left on a street in Matamoros, Tamaulipas along with a letter in which they apologize to the families that were affected by these events.

The cartel says that they decided to hand over those involved, since they do not tolerate these acts, attacking innocent lives, they assure that at all times they acted by their own determination and indiscipline.

They apologized to the families and to Matamoros society.

Until now, the government wants to carry out a thorough investigation, since they consider that these 5 young men are only being accused with a letter and they still do not have evidence against them, to declare them responsible for the facts.
