Three young people die after armed attack in a bar in Celaya

CELAYA.- Three young people, a woman and two men, were killed by a commando in a bar early this Sunday, in the Arboledas neighborhood, in Celaya, Guanajuato. Another woman was injured in the events.

Two of the victims died in the Veint1uno bar establishment, and a woman in the hospital where she was being treated.

The State Attorney General’s Office reported that two of the people who identified two of the fatal victims as Jonathan Brandon y Carla Berenice.

Around 1:00 a.m., help was requested from the 911 System due to the invasion of armed men on the upper floor of the bar located on Bosques de Chapultepec Street on the corner of Diego Rivera.

Paramedics found four injured people lying on the floor and upon checking their condition they indicated that two had no vital signs.

On the other hand, two women were transferred and admitted to a hospital for injuries caused by firearms, where it was reported that one of them had died.

The murderers fled the scene without the Police being able to catch them, despite the security operation that was deployed after the crime.
