Haridasan, the accused in the POX case, had approached the victim’s father with his friend to settle the case. District Public Prosecutor KB Sunilkumar’s argument that the POCSO accused tried to settle the case by threatening the witness and that the bail application of persons with criminal character should not be considered, despite filing the charge sheet, the bail application was rejected.
