Ticketing Employee Cashier – Go Ahead Eagles

Ticketing Employee Cashier

Do you enjoy helping people? Are you good with the computer? Are you ready for a fun and supportive role at Go Ahead Eagles? Our ticketing department can use you as a volunteer during the club’s home games in its own Adelaarshorst.

Job description

As a volunteer in the Ticketing department, you help at the (info) box office during match days. Here, match visitors come to you with all kinds of varied questions about ticket sales for the match in question. You can support the supporters with this, so that they know, for example, which entrance to take. During the match, three people will be active at the (info) box office to support supporters with their questions.

About your workplace

De Adelaarshorst Stadium, which is located in the middle of the working-class district of Voorstad Oost, will become your workplace during matches. A workplace with a ‘wow factor’, because once inside the stadium walls you enter a stimulating working environment, where the lines are short and the hierarchy is ‘flat’. Working together to achieve performance does not only apply to the players on the field, but also within the entire Ticketing department. The passion for Go Ahead Eagles is great in Deventer and the Stedendriehoek and as a volunteer at the cash register you are part of this.

Job requirements

  • Being able to use the computer well and being able to quickly master a new system;
  • Good communication and math skills;
  • Being able to handle data confidentially;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Available on match day from approximately 2 hours before the match until half time at the latest.

What do we offer

  • A pleasant working environment in an attractive Adelaarhorst;
  • The ability to watch (most) of the home games.

Are you ready for a challenging role in which your social skills, computer knowledge and independence come into their own? Would you like to work in an enthusiastic team? Send your email with your motivation to [email protected] no later than Monday, April 15, 2024.
