TikTok Awards 2023: Ludmilla and Jade Picon are among the award winners; see the full list

TikTok announced, on Thursday (14), the winners of the TikTok Awards 2023, the third edition of its award that recognizes the main content creators of the year, as well as celebrities who had an impact on the social network’s content. For the first time, the event was broadcast live on television by TNT.

The award, which is divided into 16 categories in different niches, is a tribute to the videos, artists and creators who stood out throughout 2023. With more than 10 million followers and 200 million likes on the platform, Gustavo Tubarão stood out by winning the Creator of the Year awardthe main trophy of the event, by popular vote.

Another influencer who stood out in public voting is Pklippe, who won the “Bombou na For You” award. New to the 2023 edition, the “Teacher of the Year” category was won by Ramilton Batinga, with more than 1 million likes on TikTok.

Celebrities were also recognized for their contributions to the social network in 2023. Ludmilla, singer and songwriter, won the “TikTok Artist” award. The artist was successful with her voice effect used in thousands of videos for narration. Ivete Sangalo, who also participated in the event, announced the launch of the effect of her own voice.

The event also featured the participation of Ana Castela, IZA, Kaio Viana, Léo Santana Luísa Sonza, Mariana Fagundes, MC Danny, MC Pedrinho, Melody and several other names in Brazilian music. Péricles and Urias performed the song “Sorry O Auê” in tribute to Rita Lee, queen of Brazilian rock, who passed away in 2023.
