TIM Music Rio to be broadcast on Globoplay and Multishow

The Tim Music Rio festival entered into a partnership with Globo and the winner is the public who cannot be there in person. The transmission will be made with open signal by Globoplay and Multishow during the first weekend of the free event, with coverage by Kenya Sade and Joaquim Lopes.

The event takes place by second consecutive year in the capital of Rio de Janeirowith concerts by Caetano Veloso, Daniela Mercury, Matuê, Monobloco, BaianaSystem, Liniker, Jorge Aragão, Pretinho da Serrinha, Bala Escolha, Juliana Linhares and Aline Paes and the Battery Institute TIM.

In addition to live transmissions on Globoplay and Multishow, re-presentations of each of the days of TIM Music Rio on the subscription channel are scheduled. On the 23rd and 30th of May, TV Globo airs a two-minute compact summary of the weekend of the festival during the break of the telenovela “Vai na Fé”.

The shows on the first Saturday (20) and Sunday (21) will also go live on Multishow, starting at 5 pm, with full reruns on June 2 and 4. On TV Globo, excerpts of the best moments of each weekend will be shown, during the break of the soap opera “Vai na Fé” on May 23 and 30, reinforcing the brand’s presence on the station.

TIM Music Rio takes place on Copacabana beach during the last two weekends of May. At the opening (5/20) are the Battery of Instituto TIM – a project that promotes music education and integrates children, young people and adults with and without disabilities – Juliana Linhares and Aline Paes together with Monobloco and Daniela Mercury. On Sunday (5/21), there will be a samba circle led by Pretinho da Serrinha and Jorge Aragão, followed by a presentation by Matuê. The second weekend brings the band Bala Escolha and Caetano Veloso with their Meu Coco tour, on Saturday (27/5), and singer-songwriter Liniker and the group BaianaSystem, on Sunday (28/5).
