To this advice is added that of keeping the affected areas covered with busos and gloves -in case of being in arms and hands-. Once the sick person removes their clothes, the ideal is to wash them with good detergent and warm water. With monkeypox as an international health emergency, the authorities of several countries were urged to take action on the matter to prevent a possible increase in cases.
