To be answered massively in the ballot box

MP Ibrahim Kanaan affirmed that on the eve of the elections, he renews his commitment, his pledge and his promise to be the true, patriotic and free voice of the faithful, pointing out in a meeting at the invitation of the Beit Shabab Committee in the Free Patriotic Movement that the war of rumors continues and what ends and breaks it is work, action and voting heavily on May 15 to continue the project that We carry it and the journey that we embody.

Kanaan stressed that “we are able to bring 3 and 4 harvests in the northern Metn through massive voting. Do not listen to the targeting of the current and the truth. Let rumors be the motivator for the response to be in the ballot box. What preserves our presence is the heavy voting. After all that we raised with President Michel Aoun, We must understand that our salvation and the defense of the rights of our citizens is by voting on May 15.”

He added, “Some ask what we can do after May 15, after all the number of representatives and ministers we have reached, and from a historic president of the republic? I say that this talk is rejected and despairs. We approved it and we will approve it from recovering looted funds to illicit enrichment, to lifting banking secrecy, criminal audits and account breaks. And as we started we will continue. The struggle will continue, and there is a great possibility to save the country, but we need statesmen, not extras, we are not going to play plays, but to save the country Which requires the presence of Gideon’s soldiers, as described you today by General Michel Aoun.
He addressed the audience by saying, “Oh, my people in Beit Chabab, you are the title of steadfastness, and Beit Chabab has always lit up all the mountains, and the spring we resort to when all the springs dry up. On May 15, we must be a beehive and herald the truth, to be the day of the victory of truth over falsehood. and reclaim rights.

Kanaan recalled, “The impossible exculpation, which he said 9 years ago in 2013, that the theft described in budgets, advances, gifts, loans, and unaudited financial accounts since 1993, and 177 billion dollars in unaccounted spending, made the smallest shop better than them and their financial policies.”
We committed the crime of exposing the path that was in place and led to the collapse, and we warned them against taking the country to bankruptcy, and we referred to their crimes, the Ministry of the Ministry, the Administration of the Administration and the Institution of the Institution.

Kanaan said, “The past honors us and raises our heads, and on its basis we still exist, and we are able to look at people with a raised head and clean palms, and with a future vision, if God forbids us to continue with it in institutions, that restores the confidence of the external and internal world in Lebanon.”

He considered that “confidence is practically that we have a state that respects the law and the citizen, and that we have a banking sector that respects the depositor and his rights and does not risk them to finance a bankrupt state with high interests, and the incident falls on people, deposits and owners of deposits. And trust is that abuses and theft stop and that they stop the integration between the state and its institutions and between The banks and the Banque du Liban asked, “Did anyone dare to file a lawsuit against us when we said your innocence is impossible?” of course not? This is proof that every word we said was true. Even in the light of the judiciary, which is mostly ruled by politics and temptations, you were not able to get us.”

Kanaan pointed out that “everyone who pedals on cameras and social networks and advocates fighting corruption has not done our legislative work and oversight and study files and say no to everyone who harms people’s rights. The MP’s job is not to imagine and brag, but to protect the country and people with bold and reform legislation and to study its files.” He watches the government and says no to Siniora and others, to the Banque du Liban and others, and he understands what he reads and writes.

He asked, “Do those who are running today know what awaits them after the collapse that occurred? What are your responsibilities and what is required in Parliament for the next stage? And what will you do in front of a recovery plan that wants to write off $69 billion from depositors’ money? There is a proposal by Capital Control, if we did not address it, it would have been frozen.” Depositors’ money is up to God’s will without a rescue plan on the basis of which the depositor knows when he will recover a pound or a dollar of his money.”

He also asked, “Will there be legislators, observers, honest, bold, who know what they want and act with a patriotic background in Parliament?” He said, “We saw you with a criminal investigation. And when I said there was a need for a law to walk by, those who betrayed me came out. And when the law was passed, “we didn’t follow through with tweets” and those who rushed to adopt the law all followed it. And when some tried to pass the proposal of Capital Control with a military line to freeze deposits until they evaporate, while we want to save them and for there to be a rescue plan on the basis of which people know when and how their money will be returned to them. It is forbidden to hold deposits if the Lebanese will not know when they will restore their rights. This is the position required of every deputy and every candidate within the institutions, not in front of the cameras. And there are those among them who, when we reached the grandfather, embodied their cauldron by resignation. You elected them to defend your rights, so they flee and run for candidacy on the grounds that they are against the system that was its mother and father.”

He added, “Be careful, you people of the current are the owners of the cause. Just as you were the owners of the cause of freedom, sovereignty and independence, and you accomplished, you are the owners of the cause of restoring rights, preventing theft and holding perpetrators accountable. He legitimizes talking and narrating on the cameras without actions.”
There was a speech by the coordinator of the Beit Youth Authority, Jihad Howayek, in which he welcomed Representative Kanaan, speaking about the relationship of the joint struggle between him and Beit Chabab since the liberation procession until today, pointing to the need for massive voting on May 15 to preserve and complete the march of the Free Patriotic Movement.
