My boyfriend and I are college classmates, we’ve been in love since our senior year. Immediately following graduating from school, I found a good job, and my girlfriend’s parents forced her to return to her hometown. Listening to my girlfriend, her parents asked for a stable job, but she refused to return, wanting to stay in the city with me. Knowing that my girlfriend is devoted to me, I took the initiative to rent a private house, we live together as husband and wife.
Mom knew that I had a girlfriend, so she told me to quickly bring her home to debut. Since I was little, my mother has been very concerned with all my problems. With this important thing, the mother worries even more. She confided: “I choose a girlfriend to find a gentle, obedient girl. Now a lot of kids are naughty, I’m scared, and when they come back, they’ll ride the whole family’s neck.”

So she didn’t pay attention to my mother’s cleaning in the kitchen. After that, mom brought the fruit plate to the table, she didn’t know what to do for her mother, but just sat there watching TV.
My house has three bedrooms and a living room, each room has a bed and is neatly cleaned by my mother. My mother said that my girlfriend might sleep in a separate room at night for comfort, but for some reason at night, she casually went to sleep with me, much to my mother’s surprise.
Mom was a traditional, careful person, so I knew she wasn’t pleased. But Mom said nothing and went into her room. The next day, my girlfriend rushed back to her hometown to celebrate Tet. After I saw her off to the bus station, my mother was sitting on the sofa in the living room waiting for me. From the look on her face, I knew something was up.
Sure enough, my mother said that my girlfriend not only mightn’t sign up for her, but also had behavioral problems. She said she would not accept any girl who came home to her boyfriend for the first time and shamelessly went to sleep with her. My mother told me to break up with my girlfriend, or else she would cut off the mother-daughter relationship with me. I’m really awkward, one side is my mother, the other is my girlfriend, what should I do?
