The clinical nutritionist recommended that dieters avoid eating meals quickly, because this habit leads to not feeling full, and thus consuming more food.

She explained that the feeling of hunger during the diet may also be the result of a lack of dietary fiber in daily meals, noting the importance of eating vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains to control appetite.

She warned against not consuming enough protein in the diet, because its deficiency in the body leads to a decrease in the rate of fat burning and the loss of a large portion of muscle mass.

Marwa stressed that dieting without exercise will not help in losing weight, stressing the need to allocate time in the day to practice some exercises, to enhance the metabolism and build and strengthen muscles.
