9:30 am: Wholesalers in difficulty this Friday
Deliveries to wholesaler customers will be “severely and generally compromised from Friday” if the fuel shortage continues, warned the CGF, the sector’s professional organization, on Thursday evening.
“Wholesale companies are housed in the same boat as any motorist and are faced with the same geographical differences”, alarms the CGF, including a survey of its members reveals their “growing concern”. According to the Confederation of Wholesalers of France (CGF), 85% of its members do not personally have a fuel tank and, on average, a full tank allows you to circulate between two and five days depending on the mileage and the frequency of rotation.
