This Tuesday evening around 9 p.m., an accident occurred on the E42 / A15, in the direction of Namur towards Mons, at kilometer 78, near the Amoudries area. Three trucks crashed into each other, it is not known if there were any injuries, but firefighters, an ambulance and the traffic police (WPR) went to the scene.
The scene is all the more impressive as a few meters away, the motorway car park is completely overflowing. “Unheard of”, according to our correspondent on site: trucks are parked on either side of the motorway area, over hundreds of meters, at the level of the hard shoulder and of the launch strip.
Impossible to say at this stage if these two pieces of information (the full parking lot and the accident) are linked. The accident occurred on the right lane of the motorway towards Mons.
