If someone says they don’t like candy on a platter, I won’t believe it, after all, this simple and easy-to-make recipe is a great asset when you need to improvise with just a few ingredients. So with that in mind, I put together a menu the other day with a wonderful fish gratin, (if you haven’t seen it, just access this post). It is like dessert I made the candy on a platter because it’s delicious and everyone loves it!

My Platter Candy Recipe

I’ll tell you that you have to be careful to use fruits that don’t release a lot of water because that could be the only mistake you make, so just look for sour fruits that maintain their consistency.

The ingredients are:

2 cans of condensed milk;
300g semi-sweet chocolate;
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter or margarine;
2 cans of whey-free cream;
Chocolate shavings to decorate (optional).
200g seedless Italia or Rubi grapes;

Preparation of the White Cream:

Bring the condensed milk (2 cans) and butter to a low heat, as soon as it reaches the brigadeiro point, add a can of whey-free cream (or 1 small box). Place in a refractory and let it cool. After the cream has cooled, add a layer of halved and seedless grapes.

Easter dessert

I prepare from Ganache

Mix the dark chocolate and a can of whey-free cream (you can also use a box). Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and return to the microwave every 30 seconds until melted, always stirring between intervals.

In my microwave it melts in 1 minute, then let the ganache reach room temperature and spread it over the grapes. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
