Tropical Storm Karl: Heavy rains are expected in Oaxaca and Quintana Roo

Las heavy rains will continue to be present in Mexico for the next hours of this Thursday, October 13, due to the location of a monsoon trough that will extend over the Mexican Pacific coast, and will also interact with a new low pressure event south of the Guerrero coast.
