At that time, US District Judge Donald Middlebrooks said that Trump’s lawsuit contained “obvious structural deficiencies” and that many of the “characterizations of the facts are implausible.” The judge also dismissed the notion that Trump had sued to correct actual legal damage, saying “instead, he’s trying to flaunt a two hundred page political manifesto that describes your complaints against those who have opposed you, and this Court is not the appropriate forum”.
