Trust is very easy to lose and extremely difficult to recover. This very important premise is that candidates for all positions take it into account when issuing their proposals to win a job like our employees in Congress or the Municipal Presidencies. or the Federal, proposals that must be well thought out by the people and not only in the interest of their Political Parties or the personal interest of the candidate who was first red, then blue and now is cherry or any color that now suits him.

It is a shame that a democratic system is only used to benefit other interests that have nothing to do with the true needs of citizens, that there is no longer violence, that corruption no longer exists, that everything is happiness! Spending a couple of hours in a popular street market would give those occasional social fighters an idea of ​​the true social need and perhaps, I say perhaps, they could acquire that sensitivity so fundamental in the exercise of their functions; but that is utopia, because from the moment they assume the position by which they swore they were going to be the voice of the people, they will hardly be seen again in the crowd that elected them.

During their finger-raising processes they strive to demonstrate that their work is productive and for the good of the nation, but they immediately distance themselves from anything that could affect their political image; That is the crux of the matter, the responsibility must be full time and not just 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Currently we do not need thoughtful and contracted surveys to realize the level of trust towards those who represent us in Congress or governments at all levels, just go to any corner and ask Juan Pueblo about the expectations of improving their standard of living to through their daily efforts, and we will appreciate that that hope is fading.

We are in the middle of the electoral process, and the candidates from all the Parties and coalitions have returned to the fray with their backpack full of promises, but this time the promises already sound vain, since many are only interested in hearing how much, that how much that only It will not last long if the how is not clearly established.

Today it is taking a lot of work to trust the candidates, especially if we analyze what they say with what they do in their career, for that reason the candidates, without exception, have dedicated themselves to formulating commitments without rhyme or reason, knowing that the money has already been They finished and that in 2025 there will no longer be enough to comply.

In the next elections, the enemy to defeat will not be the partisan opposition, the enemy with which they will have to deal will be abstentionism, and its high rate will be the voice of dissent that is now being saved to be brought to light at the opportune moment. .

It will not be with pantries, or with brand new electoral platforms, or with partisan brigades to sweep the streets and paint the garrisons that the trust of the citizens is going to be recovered, that must now go down in history, trust must be recovered ( Be careful, I’m not saying “gain trust” (that was already there and the politicians have betrayed it) with actions that lead to benefits that people can feel in a better standard of living.

The truth is that nothing good is expected from Political Parties, not because of the principles they uphold, because if these were followed to the letter another rooster would crow, rather the lack of trust in these political institutes is due to some of their candidates who, as I already mentioned, change their ideological color as it suits their personal interests, or leave a position lying around to go for the next, as if they truly deserved it.

To the people, we are going to give the example of civility that political leaders have not known how to privilege, the ballot boxes will be our weapons and we will shoot our vote to whoever manages to regain our trust, difficult but not impossible.
