Twitter: Elon Musk dissolved the board of directors

Elon Musk has consolidated its power in the social network Twitter after officially dissolving the company’s 9-member board of directors.

After the action, revealed in the files of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Musk is the only director of Twitter.
