The function was until now reserved for its Blue subscription. Now it is available for everyone, whether in the mobile applications or the web application.
In apps, just swipe right on a conversation to reveal the new blue area on the left with a pinhead. You then press this button, which sends the conversation – single or group – to the top of the list, in a dedicated area.
On the web application, the function has joined the others in the menu of the three small dots to the right of each conversation. It’s simply called “Pin this conversation”.
You can hang up to six discussions.
