Martin Guérin and Sylvie Boucher who held the positions of assistant to the outgoing MP, Émilie Foster, will not continue their careers with the new candidate.

Mr. Guérin justified his departure by professional incompatibility.

For Mrs. Boucher, she explains that personal reasons pushed her towards the exit door.

She confirms that she also had a “divergence of visions of the constituency” with the current candidate.

Ms. Boucher, however, indicates that she respects Kariane Bourassa. For the moment, she retains her position as president of the Association caquiste de Charlevoix-Côte-de-Beaupré.

The current political attaché thanks the work done by the two former members. He indicates that Kariane Bourassa remains very well surrounded.

François Legault, leader of the Coalition Avenir Québec, unveiled last Friday the electoral platform of his political formation for the metropolitan region of Quebec.

In Charlevoix, the CAQ wants to bet on a bike path. The existing network can be improved depending on the party.

The Coalition Avenir Québec intends to expand the studies already underway to connect Charlevoix to the Route Verte in order to create a route along the St. Lawrence River.

In addition, an announcement will be made very soon concerning the Côte-de-Charlevoix park, which has been in the plans for a few years now.
