Jeddah: Two more natives have been arrested by the police for illegally keeping endangered wildlife. The police of Qasim region arrested two natives who raised four lions in a rest center in Buraida city.
Last week, a man was arrested for possessing wildlife at a rest center in Musahmiyah, near Riyadh. Eight lions and one wolf were found there.
The regional police spokesperson said that this is a violation of the environmental law and regulations for trading wildlife and their products and legal action has been taken against them.
