It looks like the warmth ahead of the season will continue. Especially this week, the maximum temperature is expected to rise to around 20 degrees Celsius in western Japan and eastern Japan. The next point is temperature. Warmth ahead of the season is expected to continue nationwide. Especially this week, the maximum temperature is expected to rise to around 20 degrees Celsius from Kyushu to Kanto. Let’s take a closer look.

Tomorrow 6th (Monday), the area around Japan is expected to be covered by a high pressure system that spreads widely from east to west. It will be sunny over a wide area of ​​the country. However, the Kanto region will be in a trough between two high pressure systems, and it is likely to rain mainly in the morning. You will need an umbrella when you go out.

The day after tomorrow, the 7th (Tuesday), the weather in the Kanto region will recover and the whole country will be sunny. This fine weather is likely to continue until the 8th (Wednesday).

In Hokuriku, Tohoku, and Hokkaido, there will be days when it rains and snows due to the short-period passage of troughs.



Will the news of the cherry blossoms reach us?


The temperature will settle down compared to the first week, but it will be a mid-March temperature. The maximum temperature is expected to be around 15°C from Kyushu to Kanto, slightly over 10°C in Hokuriku and Tohoku, and around 5°C in Hokkaido.

According to the latest cherry blossom forecast announced by the Japan Weather Association on March 2nd, the first cherry blossoms in Japan will bloom on the 14th (Tuesday) in Fukuoka and Kochi, and on the 18th (Saturday) in Tokyo. .
