His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, sent a written message to Macky Sall, President of the Republic of Senegal, and Faustin Archange Touadera, President of the Central African Republic, each separately, containing an official invitation to participate in the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Climate «COP28», to be held in Expo Dubai next November.
Macky Sall, President of the Republic of Senegal, received the message during his meeting with Sultan Ali Al-Harbi, the UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Senegal, in the presence of Minister Omar Dumbabah, Diplomatic Advisor to the President of the Republic of Senegal.
Faustin Archange Touadera, President of the Central African Republic, also received the message while receiving Rashid Saeed Al Shamsi, the UAE’s non-resident ambassador to the Central African Republic, at the presidential palace in the capital, Bangui.
