Ubisoft develops 5 or more new ‘Assassin’s Creed’ series

On the 11th, Ubisoft held an event ‘Ubisoft Forward’ to introduce its major new products. Amidst the news of a variety of new projects from various franchises representing Ubisoft, the ‘Assassin’s Creed’ series delivered news of more than five new projects, making fans’ hearts beat.

Through this showcase, the ‘Assassin’s Creed’ series announced the development of various new titles, including the next ‘Assassin’s Creed Mirage’ and the Netflix video project. Each of them features ‘Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade’ set in ancient China, ‘Assassin’s Creed Codename Red’ depicting the Edo period in Japan, and ‘Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe’, a medieval European witch hunt.

In addition, ‘Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’ announced the distribution of free content containing the last story of the main character Eibor, and ‘Assassin’s Creed Codename Infinity’, a multiplayer hub including codenames Red and Hexe, was also announced.
The ‘Assassin’s Creed’ series, which has developed into various branches such as assassination action, fantasy, and action RPG, is expected to pursue continuous development while maintaining changes in the past through various projects in the future.

Two new types of news were also reported in the mobile game sector. ‘Rainbow Six Mobile’ and ‘The Division Resurgence’ are the main characters, and each plans to provide franchise-specific gameplay features such as team battle shooters and root shooters in the mobile environment.

As for the new videos and information of the previously announced new works, ‘Mario + Rabbid’s Shining Hope’ and ‘Skull and Bones’ delivered new news. ‘Mario + Rabbid’s Shining Hope’ predicted the DLC of ‘Rayman’ along with in-game battles, and ‘Skull and Bones’ recapitulated the story of the previous showcase.
