Ukraine, M5S flop on de-escalation and no to weapons. The Democratic Party also votes against –

The resolution of the 5 Star Movement on the communications of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in view of the EU Council was rejected, a resolution which receives the negative vote of the Democratic Party on the part relating to military de-escalation, on the no to the financing of defense with the funds of the Pnrr and on the part which asks not to support Ukraine with 0.25% of GDP. The majority also voted against the parts of the resolution in which the M5S asked for the exclusion of sending troops to Ukraine and the sending of weapons to Israel.

Nothing. The Meloni government – Silvestri underlines – once again says one thing and does another. They are taking on the responsibility of exposing our country to a possible third world war. Their conduct is wicked.” However, Silvestri does not talk about his PD ally who votes like the government…
