Exclusive translation: The British Daily Mail published a video clip documenting the moment a Russian officer was arrested in Ukraine.

The British newspaper pointed out that the Russian general may be the highest rank of Moscow officers captured since World War II.

The video showed, a group of Russian prisoners of war captured by Ukraine amid a surprise counterattack near the city of Kharkiv, among them a man dressed as a mid-ranking lieutenant colonel.
